Handmade ceramic sculptures made with love

After many years of making drawings, watercolors and acrylic paintings, I started working with clay in August 2016, which offers me even more design and expression possibilities.
For me, it is relaxation, but also a challenge at the same time to create figures from a lump of clay that differ again and again in form, color and expression. I am particularly interested in the faces, which can be changed quickly and individually in just a few simple steps.
I never tire of bringing new sculptures to life again and again and putting my personal stamp on them.
Thus, in only a short time, the passion for pottery turned into a pottery addiction.

Nachdem ich viele Jahre Zeichnungen, Aquarelle und Acrylbilder gefertigt hatte, begann ich im August 2016 mit Ton zu arbeiten, der mir noch mehr Gestaltungs- und Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten bietet.
Es ist für mich Entspannung, aber auch gleichzeitig eine Herausforderung, aus einem Klumpen Ton Figuren zu gestalten, die sich immer wieder in Form, Farbe und Ausdruck unterscheiden. Mein besonderes Interesse gilt dabei den Gesichtern, die sich durch wenige Handgriffe schnell und individuell verändern lassen.
Ich werde nicht müde, immer wieder neue Skulpturen zum Leben zu erwecken und ihnen meinen persönlichen Stempel aufzudrücken.
So wurde in nur kurzer Zeit aus der Töpferleidenschaft eine Töpfersucht.
